These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the real estate photography services provided by INTOKU LLC ("Company") through its website www.unihouseproduction.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Description

1.1. The Company provides professional real estate photography and videography services for marketing properties.
1.2. Services include, but are not limited to:

• High-quality photography

• Video walkthroughs

• Drone photography/videography (where applicable)

• Image editing and enhancement

• Delivery of final images/videos in the agreed format

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. The client must provide accurate and complete property details, including location, size, and any specific requirements.
2.2. The client is responsible for ensuring the property is prepared for photography, including cleaning, staging, and organizing.
2.3. The client must grant access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure all necessary permissions are in place.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. The client agrees to pay the full fees for the services as specified on the Company's website or as communicated in writing.
3.2. Payment is due in full upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service disruptions.

4. SMS Consent and Communications

4.1. By placing an order, the client consents to receive SMS messages related to:

• Order confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Delivery notifications

4.2. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
4.3. Opt-Out Option: Clients can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the photographs and videos produced by the Company remain the property of the Company.
5.2. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for marketing the property for sale or rental.
5.3. The client shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use the photographs/videos for any other purpose without written consent.

6. Delivery and Usage

6.1. The Company will deliver edited and finalized images/videos within the agreed timeframe unless delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. The Company retains the right to use the photographs/videos for promotional purposes, including online portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.
6.3. If the client wishes to restrict usage, they must notify the Company in writing before the shoot.

7. Liability

7.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to capture and deliver high-quality photographs/videos but does not guarantee that every image will meet the client's expectations.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from the client’s failure to provide accurate information or prepare the property.
7.3. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the photographs/videos.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Company agrees to keep all client information and property details confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Termination

9.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms.
9.2. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for all outstanding fees related to services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA Florida.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in USA Florida

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
